The requirement – Corporate hospitality research
Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking (CCIB) in Sweden commissioned Comperio Research to conduct a corporate hospitality research programme. The objective being, to evaluate client opinion of Citigroup's corporate hospitality programme as well as to assess views on corporate hospitality in general.
The solution
Respondents were emailed a web questionnaire which was designed to provide insight on:
- The key drivers for participation
- Key drivers for visitor satisfaction
- Expectations of the events
- Preferred content and format of events
- Opinion of recent Citigroup hospitality events
- Opinion of suggested concepts for future events
The completed questionnaires were returned and routed anonymously using Comperio's in-house technology.
The Key results
The intelligence which Comperio’s research programme delivered, will enable Citigroup to implement improvement strategies which will enhance the effectiveness and value of it’s corporate hospitality programme, and increase client participation.
